We stayed at this hotel by default as we had booked another hotel through Goibibo but denied booking, so Goibibo arranged Sundaram Palace as an alternative. We checked in to the hotel, though had some issues initially but was smoothly sorted out by the hotel and Goibibo as well. We stayed in the Executive room which was neat and clean with comfortable bed and good sleep quality. Food was freshly made, tasty and reasonably priced. The hotel GM Mr. Das is a nice and helpful person.

Siliguri is a place where you are either for business or staying for night in between your further journey to and from the hills. What ever may be your purpose this is the place to be. A neat and clean hotel, well behaving staff and proximity to all the taxi stand, bus stand,shopping mall(City Centre ) and the hongkong market. All these for a nominal tariff. I am very impressed.

I have stayed here while visiting my college in sikkim. The place is Ok in terms of interior. The hotel provided good service and the breakfast provided was also great. The staff of the hotel was friendly.

Ok Siliguri isn't a great place but if you have to stay here (waiting for a train or bus) than the Sundaram Palace is a good choice. The rooms are clean, they have hot water, cable TV with english movies, good wifi (in the front rooms only) and though they don't have an actual restaurant they have room service with REALLY cheap prices and good Indian food. It's located very near the jeep stands, railway and bus stations so you can walk there instead of using a rickshaw (if you want). Check out the various booking sites (i.e booking.com, cleartrip, and oyo rooms for the best prices. They seem to vary quite a bit.

We stayed at this hotel on our way to Darjeeling and back. This is a nice hotel with clean rooms and good food. The food and rooms are affordable and not expensive at all. It is very near to the Tenzing Norgay Bus terminus the heart of Siliguri. We booked it from Oyo rooms and we checked in late at night at 12:30 without any hassle as we informed them beforehand that we will check in late. They do not have parking facility.
